got married in may 2011 - i gave her Mangalsootra.
she deserted in oct. 2011
i filed HMP in dec. 2011
marriage declared null and void in april 2013 on the ground that HER earlier marriage was subsisting at the time of her subsequent marriage with me.
i want my Mangalsootra back.
kind request to provide some reported / unreported judgements matching my facts.
currently SHE is being prosecuted by ME u/s IPC 494, 109, 417, 34.

If you canl odge a complaint with the police asking them to recover the same, they may help youto certain extent or file a petition before the family court for return of your property against her asking her to return the mangalsutra. You are a well experienced person, you should have done it in the earlier stage itself.
