I am fighting my share

sir iam living in bhubaneswar odisha. my father is died since 5 years. mother is alive. i am two brother and two sister. elder sister is retd central govt. emply and pension holder, elder brother is state govt servant (he is marriad) iam is younger brother and no personal income at present, i am also marriad. younger daughter is mentally retd, and (continew medicine) since 30 years, she is unmarriad. father purchased a land at bhubaneswar since 35 years back in name of my mother(his wife). At present my mother gift deed her elder daughter since 5 years back. i did not know. at present my mother, brother, and two sisters is together living in a rented house. and i and my wife and my daughter is living alone. but my elder sister go to a civil case (EVICTION) . this land sharing or not. please tell me.
