husband and wife

We are a Christian family. This case is about my sister. My sister and brother in law are both indian however 17 years back when they both were in Israel for their work the met and liked each other. they decided to get married there only and decided to stay there. Things were going very well and within a year they were promoted as mother and father of a new born baby. Things went fine and they earned good amount of money and then decided to come back in India and settle here only. Everything was going as per the plan. They purchased some properties . Some on individual names and some on joint names. Brother in law wanted to stay back in bangalore as he is from there. However sister, her husband and daughter they were settled in Mumbai for more than 15 years. Practically it was not possible to shift to Bangalore as their property was in outskirts. So my brother in law moved to bangalore leaving my sister and her daughter here in mumbai. It's been more than 3 years now he has not bothered looking back if his family is alive or dead. My sister is managing her life breaking all the investments which were done. Many a times she tried contacting him but he is not answering anyone's call. She also told him that if he don't want to stay with them they can mutually get separated but he declined. He is neither taking care of them nor he is sending any money for their day to day expenses. It's been more than 4 years now he is not in touch with anyone of us and he has become brother in some church in bangalore. How to go about it as my sister is now getting into bad financial crises affecting herself mentally. Please feel free to contact me on 9930056376 Regards Rosy.
