A simple family settlement, relinquishment of their rights may be sufficient, get the deed drafted by a local advocate and get signatures of all co parcenors and register the deed.

Thank you sir... The registration would be a problem since I assume it will have to be done in India requiring travel.
Can this document not be drafted by a Solicitor/Attorney overseas and signed in the presence of a notary public.
I read that India is a signatory to the Hague Convention where documents notarized in one signatory country are accepted by the other signatory country.
