dear sir/madam
i have a house in mumbai,santacruz(e) which is in slum plot which is declared as sra .but we all residents of that area dont want to develop in sra scheme,we want to build it privately..so how to cancel from sra and form a co-operative society and register it . also there are some builders showing interest in that plot & willing to develop privately,so is it advisable to handover our houses to the builder so that he will regiter the society and develop that area privately
