Please tell me how to get a power of attorney signed by a undertrial prisnor.

The PoA could be executed in jail before the Jailor or the Deputy Jailor.

The person who is in prison shall request the Jailor and the jailor send the request to the Sub Registrar and the SR will attend the jail for admission of the document.

The power agent should submit an applicaiton to the Jail superintendent seeking permission to get the power of attorney executed by the inmate of the prison in his favor duly attested by the jail official.
