I want to file a personal Ex-gumption petition in DVC case. My lawyer is playing games giving absent petitons everytime and asking money for that petition. For set a side petition also he is asking 2500 extra other than fees. I want to file a personal Ex-gumption petition petition by my own in court to me and my family members.
1. Is it possible to file personal Ex-gumpstion petition by my own in court for me and my family members in DVC?
2. If yes for first question ? How to do that?
