Dear Sir,

Unless there is any written agreemnet executed between Landlord and tenant, the landlord can evict the tenant by serving a notice of eviction preferably by an advocate.

Thanking you

Non-payment of rent, if wilful and persistent, is a ground on which eviction could be sought. However, due process as laid down under the prevalent rent laws needs to be followed.

Vague, confusing and hypothetical academic query.

However, if there is some truth in the story it is advisable to consult a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts/documents, guidance and proceeding.
