if a home loan non repayment with a nationalized bank gets referred to a debt recovery tribunal, what option does one have to fight the case or ask for a temporary relief...my sister's husband recently lost a job and the house is being referred to debt recovery tribunal..want to know if it possible to ask for a temporary relief in this case by any chance..
once we start making payment in the future..is it possible to bring the home loan back to a normal status after getting it released from the debt recovery tribunal..
