How to change address of a registerd trademark.

Hy,

I would like to know about the procedure of address change of trademark. i already have a registerd trademark and my business place is changed and i want to update it in tm. Although i know that form tm 34 is to be filled but what would be the process ?

You need to file TM 34 with 500/- Demand draft or Cheque favouring the"Registrar of TradeMark" with a Cover letter.

On application under section 58 to alter an entry of the address of a registered proprietor- You need to file TM 34, fees Rs 500/-

If there are more than one application and where the address in each case is same and has to be altered in the same way- fee for first entry is Rs. 500/- and every other entry is Rs. 200/-.
