RCR is only a case in which you can show that you are ready to settle with her or you are ready to live with her but she is adament to file the fakse cases due to that reason(According to your case). if the court pass RCR decree in favour of husband and the wife is not ready to live with him without any sufficeint reason she can not claim maintenance from him and the husband has a right to file a divorce petition before the court with this decree and this is the best ground in Divorce case.

The cost is the lawyers fee, which varies from lawyer to lawyer.
