hi, My name is vasanth residing in bangalore. My retental agreement was completed in Nov2014. my self and owner agreed with 2 months notice from nov 1st. but nothing in written. i got a new one in nov end and moved to new one. since my owner asked a key to know the house for new tenant, i gave 1 key to my owner. but she did painting and arranged new tenant . when i sen to get my remaining small things, i came to know some one is staying. now the owner is telling , you gave the notice on dec only and she can give only part of money on jan 15th. but i sure she wont give. she is threatening me as she is a lady and she will give complaint to police. I need some legal help since she is threatening me as local and i am from outside.
