Honourable Members reply what i do?

I have My Name and my father name in school record but in obc certicate there is surname,i was told at the time of making obc certicate i must have to add surname, MY QUESTIONS IS,CAN IT WILL CAUSE ANY PROBLEM???If yes then what are its solution??

There will be problem if actual name is not appeared in the certificate. Arrange to make correction at your nearest Revenue office.
