Both my parent in law are quite old and sick and they are in semi consious state most of the time .as per my wife they have certain properties which were mutated to them by virtue if gift deed .now my questions are 1. if mutated thru gift deed is it considered as ancestral or self earned property 2. they want the 100 %property to be transfered to their son by creating a will .is that allowed under hindu succession act 2005 3.whether my wife can file a case now consideri g both of them are alive but not in stable mindset
