Higher pension application rejected by regional epfo office after pending for almost 2 years

Hi,

My higher pension application got rejected mentioning all the details not submitted.

all my employers approved the higher pension application form.

for queries too, all empoyers responded with details.

even after this, got rejection from pf thane south office stating details not furnished.

raised grievance in PF portal this week. 

Epfo done lot of injustice to us by rejected our higher pension applications. Epfo is not faire. We shd go to consumeer court 

let me know who to approch .. it is better to file applications as group.

I am also having the same issue with EPFO Pune. EPFO has rejected my higher pension application for the wrong reason. I have raised a grievance via https://pgportal.gov.in/Desk, waiting for an update.

I have applied for higher pension and all employees approved and it was pending for EPFO Coimbatore offece approval. Today I tried to login to check the statsus but it comes with unexpected error

That means the portal to check on-line status of heighr pension application is not working

I did not visit the EPFO office which is at Coimbatore and I am staying at Bangalore

Just because Supreme court give order EPFO opened the heighr pension application portal and silently closed with rejection without any communication with confidence that people (senior citizen) will not run around to court and fight for the same at the old age

No media also not talking about this. Every one forgot about this 

Anyone got higher pension and what is the % of successfull application which may help to understand whether it is few rejection or mass

I am memmer of EPFO right from 1985 and given all evidance and documents as required through joint decleration. If there is any gap the same to be communicated to correct. No opportunity is given to us to understand the reason for rejection or even seaking clarifications before rejection. That means it is planned intensional one

My Higher pension application rejected due to NCP(non contribution of period) or intermittence wages for the period of 6 months during the year 2015. I have lodged a complaint in EPFO. I have given letter of representation for this NCP period. I worked as deputation at on onsite during these 6 months in the same company. Eventhough they closed my complaint saying the same reason NCP. 

My PF account is in EPFO, PUNE. I have been working in Hyderabad (Telanjana) location. Can I file writ petion in Hyderabad. Please provide details.
