High court proceedings after acquittal from session court

My brother in law along with his six family member have got acquittal from session court in IPC498,302/304b,307,35 . Opposite party has applied in high court. Is there any chance that they have to go to jail during high court trial or should take any bail ? Also what is the chance that high court may change verdict given all proof are in our favour?

Bail has to be taken if the named accused are not released on bail. The chance of getting reverse order from High Court cannot be predicted here unless complete case file studied.

Thanks for reply. In this case they should take bail from session court from where they been released and hopefully there is no chance of getting bail rejected as they are not found guilty. Is my understanding correct ?
