My father owns a shop in mumbai under pagdi system since 1974, we moved out of mumbai in 2000, my uncle's managing the shop since then. Now i want to sell the property,but we are not able to track the owner since the past 4 years. we have the rent reciepts with us but dont know what to do ? plz help.
