I have questions on 498a. Married since Jan, wife did not stay in matrimonial house for more than 20 days.
Stridhan taken back by her in August after signing in a legal document.
Now she is sending feelers on 498a.
What is the procedure followed in 498a. Will I or my family members arrested without intimation or will I get a call or letter before arresting?
Can I apply for AB now?
She is from a different city 400kms away, where would she file 498a, in my city or hers.
I also have ex parte RCR in my favour.
