Hi, Our patient was admitted in hospital and we had a medical insurance and on discharge there was a refund and hospital told that in maximum 7 days we will get our refund via cheque and i constantly contacted them after 7 days and every time they made false excuses and asked for some more time and more than 1 month passed and i was harrashed badly.I got refund after involving my friend who is in police.
Can i take any legal action against hospital for such cruelty.Please advise.
