Harassment by wife

Hello Every one!

I am a victim of my wife. She has multiple boyfriends. Now I want to apply for Divorce in Court. However, I want to have some solid proofs before going to court. My question is whether the cell phone conversations made by her to her boyfriend’s stand as a proof of evidence?

Because now I want to try to get the cell phone conversation with the help of a spy camera system. Can I submit the text messages and cell phone conversations made by her? Will the court accept the way I followed to get the proofs?

Or the other way is to take the help of a spy camera to record her extra marital affairs. Whether this video footage stand as an evidence?

Please advice.

It is difficult to prove the adultry. Because, your wife defense will be is only making freindship and nothing more. Only one or two evidences are not enough.  First collect all the proofs, i.e. cell phone converstations, camera, photos and any other documents evidence that there is physical relationship with boy friends.  These are treated as evidence in the court of law.

Basing on the above adultry charges, you can file petition for divorce before the local court or family court if available.

Having a friend of either s*x by any person is not an offence, you have to prove the charges of adultery with substantial evidences in your possession only then you will be able to succeed, think about it and go for divorce case after that
