GuntheWari Plot Construction

Dear Sir,

I have Flat in PCMC area. But that Flat is  Built on Gunthewari Plot.

Builder has taken regularisation certificate from PCMC. He has also submitted Building Consruction Plan.

First tell me the Gunthewari construction comes in Illegal Construction or Not ?.

 As per High Court order 1.75 Lakhs houses in PCMC area to be demolished.

Will My Flat may demolished by PCMC.

Please give me sugession What to do?
