Could you please clarify what Act is applicable in Gujarat to regulate the registration of Leave and Licenses.
Further, if I have entered into such agreement with licensor for 20 years (immovable property), is there any requirement of mandatory registration?
General search suggest that Section 55 of MH Rent Control Act, 1999 is applicable.
Please help urgently.
