My famil belong to a remote vilage and there my uncle colluded with a group of people in name of "so called " panchayat to take away some of our property. We under pressure agrred on that... but still my uncle remain hostile and aggressive to us... thus distrubing our peace. So we finally decided to migrate to near by town, away from those people. But now day before yesterday, when my father visit village to perform some puja in village temple.. they again tried to attack him. We approched police and they after 3 days finally filed an FIR against both my father and uncle under 751.
Since we were at receiving end through out this and now this FIR. what are my options to end this orderal.
