Green tribunal rules

I have a site in a BDA approved layout. The layout has roads, park according to the BDA plan.. Recently the BDA started canal from lake (I am not sure what kind of canal it is, it could be rajakaluve). My site is around 110 feet (Approximately 30-32 meters from that channel). the canal widdth is around 20 meters. there is a lake adjucant to my site which is around 200 meters away from my site.

Recently green tribunal has stated that there should not be any constructions 50 meters from primary Rajakaluves and 35 meters from secondary rajakaluves. Since my site is near to it and this is already been approved by BDA, is there chances that I may not get the approval to construct the building?

The site is in Karnataka, Bangalore..

It is approved by Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) in 2011. But it does not come under Bruhath Bangalore Mahanagar Palike (BBMP) as the site is in Village limits.
