In my previous employer gratuity was a part of my CTC which is also mentioned in my offer letter, but as per the gratuity act gratuity is only paid if the employee serves the organization / complets 4.8 years with the same employer, but as i have not completed the duration so i have not been paid, but as gratuity amount was a part of my CTC then it should be paid full for the number of months / duration i have worked with the company as it was a part of my salary component, pls clarify & share some supporting so that i can claim it from my employer as they are not ready to pay it off.
