Grand father property

my father has four brother and one sister. grandfather death 13-6-1988. no one take care of my grand mother, only my father and my little uncle's wife and his son and my family tak care of my grand mother. so my grand mother want to make will. but my other uncle's object for this. and my other cousin olso object. that is possible?
