I am planning to buy a government aided school's property in coimbatore(tamilnadu). This Particular school is run by a registred society (registred on 1954 Act). This selling property is not endowment with the Government...also this property is far away from the school premises..This society has passed the resolution to sell the property to me.My advocate ask me to get a permission from the District Education Officer.
