Gift deed with lower fmv

Hello ,

My cousin wants to get a gift deed registered for a house which is self acquired property from her father paying stamp duty lower than FMV.

1) She got married recently in december, If she wants to get the house as a gift for her marriage, Is it possible now? If so, What is the duration in which she can get it gifed.

2) Is it taxable to my cousin, if her father executes gift deed without consideration of market value?

3) Can that deed be objected by coparceners(Her father's first wife daughters)?

Refer the state stamp act.  If any gift is made within the relation then regn., charge is very minimum.  FMV wont be considered.

It is the self acquired property of the father, so no body has right to challenge it, if he gift it to any body.
