gift deed dag no wrote RS1065 instead of lR Da 1065

In gift deed by mistake wrote Rs dag no 1065 instead of LR dag 1065. Letter send to adsr barasat north 24 Pgs, west Bengal for rectification deed declaration / necessary direction. Till now did not got any response. Now I can't mutation before BllRO office. How to correct my deed dag no if register not take rectification declaration? Can I declare before 1 st class magistrate & advertise in news paper to solve my problem. After that can I mutated my name before BllRO. Plz help me . If any alternative way to solve my problem plz help me.
