Can we gift our lands to our relatives. if, what will the registry/gift cost per decimal (approx) in Bihar. Note- all lands are agriculture properties.

You can gift your property to any one whom you wish.Registration charges and stamp duty on documents differs  from state to state so in this regard contact .to local lawyer.
