Gharonda Builders & Developers, Had taken money in 2011 againt flat booking. amount paid 50% till now and there is no construction going on till date. When asked for our money back builder is not giving any response
Please let me know what can I do now? If file case against builder where can i file case? what all actions can i take and which government office can i visit to file?
