Ok. Let us consider the whole situation of the case. Initially there were 4 owners of a land in a village in HP state. The gair marusi was Ramlok and was paying rent too. He died in 1982. After that in year 1989-90, 1 owner do the deceit with gair marusi's son named Harikishan; and got transfered whole land to the 4 owners during settlement operation. In 2006-07, 1 owner sold the shares to the gair marusi's son Harikishan who was innocent person and did not know the whole situation of land. When he got the demarcation of land, Harikishan came to know that he had purchased 1/4th share of his own land. The possession of the land is with Harikishan till date but the rest of 3 owners are now enquiring the matter. Please tell about the legal aspects about the ownership of land.
