Sir,
I am from Gujarat.Before 2 years few people have fraoud with us by making sale deed of my father property without having notice.they make fraoud pawor of ateerony and sale our land in their own persone with our duplicate sign.still police is showing them wanted few of them got pasa but got bell.

File a suit for Null and void of the said sale deed besides following up the case through police for land grabbing. In the mean time, obtain an permanent injunction restraining the defendant from further encumbering the property or alienating the property to any third person.
