friend borrowed money from me and refusing to return

Hi,

my friend borrowed money from me in 2016 and now after 3 years he is neither denying to pay nor paying money. What legal actions i can take?

You can take legal action based on loan documents available with you for recovery of money.

Tell o Nama shivaya and waive it.issue legal notice if u have any documents and file suit for recovery of money.

Have you obtained any receipt for advancing loan to your friend ? what is mode of payment? Have you obtained any security for repayment? Issue legal notice for repayment of laon and if he fail to do repayment, Please contact your nearest Advocate for filing suit for recovery of money in the competent court of law....
