Franking document

Hello All

I am New in the forum and from clerk in co opp.bank. my bank is provide franking service.my questiion is that my name is in franking machine as authorized person so, it is legally ok ? that even i am servicing as clerk ! Is there any circuler or notification in regard franking machine authorized person.
