Fradulent case & distortion of the facts

How should I deal with advocates who have filed a false case against their relatives to grab properties on false grounds with fabrication of the imaginary events and utilised their professional knowledge in preparation the case and in the circumstances when one advocate has never practised in any court of India since qualified longtime ago but still mentioning to the court as practising advocate? Is there any professional body where a complaint can be lodged against their professional misconducts if needs be? There could be an act of fraud and misleading the court.

If the advocate has a requisite law degree he cannot be proceeded against merely because he has not been practicing for a long time and has yet informed the court that he is a practicing lawyer. Anyways, as regards the alleged fraud you may lodge a complaint with the State Bar Council which is the disciplinary body of the lawyers.

Unless there is evidence mere allegations will not be sufficient.
