When I went to serve the hand summons, My FIL rejected taking the summons and i have returned back.
in police complaint he mentioned I have " Trespassed to his bank, threatened him to take a letter and wasted his one hr time and went away".
As police didn't take action in 4 days, he filed private complaint added some more masala in the petition and asked to direct the complaint to the police station to take action on me u/s 447, 333, 353, 506,500 IPC.
Police had filed an FIR and included 156(3)- CrPC also.
Police had come to arrest me few days back and I am out of station.
Do I need to apply for AB in this case? Please suggest how to proceed.
