Grounds for imposing cost on petitioner

Hi all,

Briefly high court of Andhra Pradesh ordered to conduct enquiry against S.H.O in a case. Against the appeal S.H.O filed a civil S.L.P in S.C. In his civil S.L.P he had supressed may facts and filed false information. This Civil Petition was not admitted and disposed. By this action am not affected in my case. Now i want to file a petition throwing light on above facts. Can any one suggest me will this be admitted though i am not effected and will S.C impose cost on me for filing against him.
