I got my child's birth certificate but with errors. The mothers name has an error. Her full name is 'Lina George' (we have not changed name after marriage) in the certificate it is 'Lina Jeorge' Does this has any issue? if we change her last name later will it have some impact?
Secondly, the parmanent address is added with coma in inapropriate place making the main city as Post office instead of my post office.
Rest all details are correct. do I need to get it corrected?
