Property acquired by registered family arrangement

I acquired a building at bhopal vide a registered family deed executed by all family members at bhopal. My name is not in the title deed of that buIlding. Now i am selling that building by virtue of that family deed, wherein it is clearly mentioned that every member of family named in the title deed of that building has relinquished its right in my favour and I am the sole owner of the same.  The prospective purchaser had opted for a housing loan for the purchase of same, bank is saying that each member named in the title deed of the property has to sign the prospective sale deed of the building and bank will issue payment in the combined name of all the members named in the title deed. Pl suggest what to do?
