Hi All,
I got caught in Drunken Driving case on 28th Sep 2011. And a case was registered next day. My license was kept by Police and they issued a Pawti which is getting expired on 7th May 2012
On 30th March, there was a mass hearing for Drunken driving case. I was punished for two hour stay in the court and my driving licence got suspended for 1 year.
My question is: When will the suspension time starts? from day of case registered i.e. Sep 28th 2011 or when the judgement was given i.e. 30th March 2012.
Please help.
Also is it possible to extend the Pawti for one year so that i can drive.
