On becoming Muncipal corporation, FSI increased in one of the city of Maharashtra. A builder of an apartment having reserved the right to use increased FSI,want to construct one more floor on the apartment. Which Act will support him in doing so. Is it Maharashtra Gunthewari Development Act 2001?

FSI increased as per Municipal Corporation act otherwise u contact Municipal Corporation for that.
