I am seeing there is a proposed road coming between Prestige Sunnyside Oak and elm project near kadbeesanahalli bangalore.

Is there anyway i can confirm that builder keeps proper space for the proposed road?
How to check and confirm BBMP approval is valid and also considered the proposed road?
Is there any risk involved in buying such apartments.
I could see those survey numbers mentioned for propesed road in BDA website.
