a false case was filed to police, the police being friends filed a chargesheet, the high court quashed the case specifically holiding no such offences are made out.
filed in High Court against them on charges of false charge of offence, false evidence, defamation for malicious prosecution, can I also file to the Superior Police officer to take action against them as per IPC 181, 182, 357

You can try, but police rarely registers 182.
