Urgent :498a advice please

498a and DP Act case filed before 2 years.

1.In general , How long court will take to finalise the case?Is there any way to quicken the case?

2.Its a false case and love marriage sustained for 40 days.Not taken any dowry.But they claimed that i have takendowry...What are the chances of conviction?

3.What is the general conviction rate in these cases?

4.What next ,if convicted in the Trial court?Can we appeal in next court?

5.What cases we can file against them for the mental trauma caused because of the flase cases?

Join 498A group on yahoo. u will get lot of ideas for how to deal with these typs of cases.

As u said this is false case, i says tht 99% of all these types of cases are false. all knows this, even police also knows this. so better to fight and never give up
