I am a Asst manager under training. Right now I am working on a project on Contract Labour Processes. I wish to know, if it is necessary to maintain seperate registers of contractors say Form 12 seperately under Contract Labour regulation and Abolition Act and Inter state Migrant Labour Condition of service Act - Query.
Or can they both be combined.
Similarly I wish to know the applicability of the Act and Is there any state version of the acts, especially for Uttarkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Himachal Pradesh.
