Commissioner, Ahmedabad (Observer Code : R-13661) for Election Duty as Expenditure Observer (appointment letter enclosed) in Jharkhand State, 09-Jamshedpur Parliamentary Constituency in East Singhbhum District. The officer may be directed to report in his assembly constituency /DEO immediately.
