Kindly go through matter & help/solution??

A home loan protection plan is proposed through a public sector bank(without naming) to cover the loan and life protection for an individual aged between 56+ but below 60 year's age without any medical history.

A medical test is mandatory for passing for the said insurance proposal.

Accordingly all the medical tests including treadmill & blood test were done at insurance company designated medical center. However the underwriter of the insurance company rejected the proposal based on treadmill (TMT) report.

But medical report not shared with the customer/proposer. So customer is unaware of the specific reasons of rejection.

What is legal or other remedies including suggestions..??
1) Rejection reason unknown
2) Medical report shared with customer
3) Heart spl Doctor not present during treadmill test

When once there is rejection by the undertaker of insurance, nothing can be done. However, you have the right to know the specific reason and also can demand your own medical report by seeking the same under RTI Act. During such tests physical presence is not necessary as diagnostic reports are prepared by experts in those tests.
