culpable homicide or murder

a blunt injury on vital (head) part may be fall murder or not ?.
docters said in medical report dangerous to life injury in head. and
docters take head operation

(accused attacked
on victim with fully knowledge and intention to kill and premeditated )
please tell me about blunt injury.
blunt injury may be fall murder or not

Injury/attack on vital part with knowledge and predeterminiation is an offence and if other ingredients of section 302 is fulfilled than that will be a clear case of murder !
