blunt injury may be fall murder or not

Quick Summary
This discussion delves into whether a blunt force trauma injury to a vital head area can be classified as murder or culpable homicide. It explores the legal distinction, particularly when an attack is premeditated and intended to cause death, even if the injury itself is described as 'dangerous to life'. The key question is whether such an act, especially with prior intent, meets the criteria for murder or falls under exceptions to culpable homicide not amounting to murder.

Injury/attack on vital part with knowledge and predeterminiation is an offence and if other ingredients of section 302 is fulfilled than that will be a clear case of murder !
